Can I return my watch (jewellery)?

In line with the Distant Selling Act, you can return your watch or piece of jewellery for any reason within 30 days. As long as we receive the item back in the same condition as sending it out, we will process a refund through the same method by which payment was received. Some items, such as Connected Watches, have additional requirements that must be met to be eligible for a refund. For further information please visit our Returns Policy page.

How do I return my item?

Please contact customer services before returning any items so that we can advise on the best procedure.

Returns will not be accepted outside the 30 day period which will be clearly shown on your delivery note and other documents. We will only pay the return postage if the item is faulty. If you are returning an item as you have changed your mind or it is unsuitable you will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us.

Please return your item to us by Royal Mail using a signed for service as this ensures the item is insured whilst in the postal system and, unlike many courier companies, Royal Mail do deliver to PO Box addresses. Please do not return your item using a courier service. Courier services cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and this can add some time on to your return. If you do send your item back to us using a courier please note that we cannot refund these charges. 

Returns are sent via a tracked delivery service. Please keep the receipt as proof of postage, as in the unlikely event that a return gets lost on its way back to us, we will need this to confirm postage.

Can I return faulty items?

If you receive a faulty product from WatchWarehouse, or the product becomes faulty, you will need to return it within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a full refund after receiving it back and inspecting the fault.

Can I exchange the watch/jewellery I ordered for a different one?

Yes, as long as it is within 30 days and returned in pristine, unworn condition. Additional return conditions may apply for certain items, for example Smart or Connected watches. Christmas returns policy

From the 1st November we have extended our returns policy online until January 14th as we appreciate items purchased may be a Christmas gift. As long as the item is returned in the brand new unworn condition you received it in, we will provide you with a refund or exchange of your choice until the 14th January. This information will also be stamped on your invoice for your peace of mind.
