Is it secure to pay online?
All of our credit card transactions are processed over a 128-bit SSL certificate, which are then processed by SagePay (formerly ProtX), who are one of the UK’s leading credit card processors. This means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted or hacked. We do not store any of your credit card details. Your payment is processed securely over our payment system and no one is able to view any of your sensitive details.
I don’t have a credit card can I still order a watch?
Yes, you can. We accept payments by Paypal. You can setup a Paypal account in just 5 minutes at www.paypal.com. If you require any assistance please don’t hesitate to contact a member of our team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Maestro and Visa cards and Paypal. All card payments are processed via SagePay and all of our payment methods are secure.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer special promotional discounts at different times of the year. To make sure you don't miss out you will need to sign up to our newsletter mailing list. You can sign up to our mailing list by entering your email address into the newsletter box in the footer of this page.
We also offer a price match service. We are always keeping an eye on market prices and ensure we are offering our customers competitive pricing but if you see a product cheaper somewhere else please contact us via our Price Match link (located on the category pages) and someone will be in-touch. We do not always price match products, it will be dependent on many factors, such as comparing against an authorised stockist. Please read our Terms and conditions.
How do I apply a discount code?
Once you have added a product to your bag the product will appear in the top right hand corner of the web page where you will see a little bag icon. Discount codes can be applied once you are in the bag.
To access your bag, click on the 'Bag Icon' or click the 'View Bag' button when you hoover over the bag. When you are viewing the bag you will see a field to enter your discount code and then hit apply. This will calculate your discount. If you want to apply a code do not click the 'Buy Now' button from the bag drop down as this will enter the buying process and will not allow you to apply a discount code.
My promo code doesn't work?
If your promo code doesn't work, please check the expiry date as the code may no longer be valid. If the code is valid and still isn't working, please contact a member of our customer services department either by emailing email@example.com or calling 0115 9400 500.
