Do you stock all of your watches and jewellery?

All of our watches and jewellery featured on our site are in stock and ready for next day delivery, unless stated otherwise. Unlike some of the other sellers on the internet, WatchWarehouse.co.uk ships watches and jewellery directly from a live stock feed so you can be sure to receive speedy delivery. If you find that an item is out of stock you can supply your email address and we will notify you when the product comes back into stock.
If we do not stock a product you are looking for please contact our customer services department. We have close relationships with all of our suppliers so we might be able to order it in for you.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can. Should you place an order by mistake and want to cancel for a full refund this is not a problem. However, please be advised that to confirm a cancellation you will need to contact us ASAP as there is always the chance that we may have processed your order

We are a company, is it possible to place a corporate/wholesale order for watches or jewellery?

Yes, of course. Please contact our head office on 0115 9400500 where a member of our trade team will be more than happy to discuss this with you.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you have placed your order online you would have been directed to our 'Thank You' page which confirms your order has gone through our system. You will also be sent a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail as sometimes our emails may be picked up by your spam filter. You should also wait an hour as sometimes our emails take a bit of time to get through to you.
If you still haven’t received a confirmation email please contact our customer services department on 0115 9400500 or email info@watchwarehouse.co.uk. They will be able to check that the order and payment have gone through correctly.

Can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the ’My Account’ section of the website. When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email informing you of this and the courier reference number will be available to view from a link provided on this email or in the 'My Account' section. This reference can be used to track your parcel on the courier’s website by entering it into their 'track and trace' feature.

Can I amend my order?

If you would like to make any amendments to your order, such as changing the delivery address, please call our customer services department as soon as possible. All orders made before 3pm are processed the same day so there is a small window of opportunity to make amendments.
