The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps: you must add any products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and then proceed to the checkout if you are a new customer, you can create an account with us and log in or skip this step by proceeding as a guest; if you are an existing customer you can log into your account, if an account was previously set up. once you are logged in or proceeded as a guest, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale you will then be given the option to pay via credit card, debit card or Paypal. we will then send you an initial acknowledgment via email to confirm we have received your order
We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time-to-time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. We therefore recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.
The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.
Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors by checking your details before confirming. You may correct those input errors before placing your order by editing the fields.
We do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if: Your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system. Payment has been made using a card issued in a country we are unable to dispatch to. There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product. The items ordered are no longer in stock or available. We have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time.
If the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.
By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have given is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the card on which payment was made.
All of the products advertised on www.watchwarehouse.co.uk are 100% authentic and are supplied by reputable UK businesses.
Price and payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the product. We reserve the right to hold an order in the event of a price error and prices are subject to change at any time. Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds. The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable). Payment for all products must be made online by Credit / Debit Card or Paypal. Payment over the phone (Credit Card) is also accepted. Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.

We will deliver your order to any address in the UK and Northern Ireland via Royal Mail. Please remember that you will need someone to sign for and accept Signed For deliveries. If there is no one to receive the goods, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery then retain the goods at your local delivery office for collection or redeliver by prior arrangement. Christmas is our busiest period. Please bear with us at this time. We will try out best to process orders, answer emails and returns in good time but occasionally due to volume there may be delays.

Risk and ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of: delivery of the products; and receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges). We will be entitled to recover payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.
“Cooling off” period
We offer a 30 day returns guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The only condition of this policy is that the item meets the following requirements

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit and customers are responsible for returns postage costs. In the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to us via a tracked service. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Once we receive your returned item, will notify you via email.
Refunds will be issued within approximately 1 week of receipt of the returned item to allow for a careful inspection of the watch to ensure it is in a re-saleable condition. The money will be refunded via the same method payment was taken. Please note that refunds cannot be made to any third parties.
You’re welcome to return your item for an exchange as long as it is returned in a pristine condition and fulfils all the criteria mentioned above. As for returning an item as unsuitable, you have a 30-day window to exchange the item.
If you do decide to return the item for exchange, please include a covering letter detailing the item you would like to exchange it for and also provide your contact details in case we need to get in touch with you. If the alternative item is more expensive then we will contact you to take extra payment. If your item is cheaper we will refund you the difference via the same method you paid.
Please note you’re required to cover the costs for the return postage.
This exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights.
// Faulty or incorrect goods
All items are thoroughly inspected before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us, which is faulty or incorrect, please return the item to us within 30 days and we will offer a replacement or a refund. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. Over 30 days the item falls under the warranty, please see below for more information.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Further information can be found at https://www.gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights. The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item/s do not affect our right to reject faulty goods. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
// Item damaged in transit
Whilst we endeavour to offer a first class service including using good quality packaging to protect your watch or jewellery, some situations are beyond our control. If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
// Unwanted gifts
Should your gift be unwanted, refunds will only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the 'recipient'' will not be able to get a refund. If they want to return the goods we will offer an exchange or credit for the value of the return within the 30 days from the date you received the item.
// Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.
Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
RefundsIf you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 7 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.
Contracts under these terms of sale may only be varied by an instrument in writing signed by both you and us. We may revise these terms of sale from time-to-time, but such revisions will not affect the terms of any contracts which we have entered into with you.
If any provision of these terms of sale is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof will be deemed omitted.
No waiver of any provision of these terms of sale, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instances, will be deemed to be, or be construed as, a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision of these terms of sale.
You may not assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations arising under these terms of sale. Any attempt by you to do so will be null and void. We may assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer any of our rights or obligations arising under these terms of sale, at any time – providing such action does not serve to reduce the guarantees benefiting you under these terms of sale.
Each contract under these terms of sale is made for the benefit of the parties to it and is not intended to benefit, or be enforceable by, any other person. The right of the parties to terminate, rescind, or agree any amendment, variation, waiver or settlement under such contracts is not subject to the consent of any person who is not a party to the relevant contract.
Subject to the first paragraph of Section : these terms of sale contain the entire agreement and understanding of the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website, and supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website; and each party acknowledges that no representations not expressly contained in these terms of sale have been made by or on behalf of the other party in relation to the purchase of products from our website.
These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have [non-]exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale.
Online voucher terms & conditions
One promotional voucher per order. The online promotional voucher may only be redeemed on our website www.watchwarehouse.co.uk toward the purchase of products listed on the WatchWarehouse website. They cannot be redeemed at our store. Vouchers can be used over the phone if you are having problems using the voucher code on our website. Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to orders already placed with us. Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions. Promotional vouchers have no cash value and are not transferable. Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
