About DKNY Watches
To fully appreciate the worth of a DKNY watch, it is necessary to understand something of the history of the brand created by Donna Karen. Established in 1984, after a stint at Anne Klein, and a degree in fashion design from Parsons. The brand started off as sporty yet luxurious uptown dressing for women in the eighties, but Donna's attempts to dress her daughter gave rise to the line DKNY, which was more cosmopolitan and affordable in outlook. The line then branched into accessories, which included DKNY watches. DKNY watches for ladies and men embody the designer's philosophy: classic wearability that emerges from her New York origins.
