How do you send my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, although this may occasionally take slightly longer during busy periods.
We have lots of delivery options to suit your needs. We offer Royal Mail 48h Tracked and Signed for all orders under £100. This service usually takes 1-3 days, but this is not guaranteed so we usually recommend allowing 3-5 working days. We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for all orders as well. This is a guaranteed service that delivers by 1pm on the day after dispatch. International delivery times are varied. Please see our Delivery Info page for more costs and further information.
Do you ship to international locations?
Yes, we do. Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal, if your delivery country is not listed then please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 0115 9400 500 where we will be able to confirm a shipping quote.
When will my order be dispatched?

Can I collect my item in person?
We do not have any stores so we cannot offer a click and collect service. We do not offer a pick-up service from our head office or warehouse locations.
